Dr. Leon Kosdon
Dr. Leon Kosdon was one of the first dentists in the Conejo Valley. He has been serving his community for over 30 years. He is a graduate of University of Southern California and St. Louis University of Dentistry. This was followed by an internship at Beid S. Collar Hospital in New York City. Upon his return to Los Angeles, Dr. Kosdon opened his first practice in North Hollywood. Shortly thereafter he opened a second practice in Thousand Oaks. Being a firm believer in helping the less fortunate, for 25 years, Dr. Kosdon treated needy children at St. Josephs Hospital in Burbank. Now Dr. Kosdon devotes his time making sure his professional team of Doctors offer patients' quality dental care hey deserve with state-of-the-art equipment in his newly renovated office. His goal is to deliver exceptional results in all areas of dental care to maintain, replace, and restore your smile and improve your life.
Dr. Kosdon is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association and the San Fernando Valley Dental Society.
Paulo Francisco
Paul, as he is fondly called, is a graduate of the University of the Philippines, College of Dentistry-Manila. He has over 11 years experience in the fields of dentistry. The first 5 years of which he worked as a Dentist for the Department of Health in Manila, Philippines and 6 years as a chairside dental assistant here in California. He joined the Lombard Dental team in 2002 as a Registered Dental Assistant. He is currently tasked with assisting the doctors and managing most of the pertinent back office duties. He enjoys working with people and strives to compliment your needs in every way possible.
Soraya Wood
Soraya graduated Bryman College with honors in September 2005. Since then, she has worked and studied very hard to earn her RDA license. For the past year she has greatly enjoyed working at Lombard Dental as our x-ray technician. She has experience in both film and digital x-ray techniques. She makes sure that our Infection Control protocol is met. To protect our patients' and ourselves, she strictly maintains sterilization and cross contamination processes using standards recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA) the Occupational Saftey and Health Administration (OSHA) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).
Monica
Monica is the first person you will meet when you visit our practice. She enjoys welcoming you and your family, offering outstanding customer service. She will help you set up your first or continuing care appointments, answer any questions you might have about our Doctors, dental procedures, or about your dental treatment. While providing you with personalized dental care, her goal is for you to leave our office educated about your dental needs. Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and any dental options that can make it easy for you to initiate your dental treatment. Monica will provide you with the best payment options (CitiHealth Card financing) to suit your financial needs. She will strive to make your visits to our practice as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
